Yoga with Zinzi
I have been practicing yoga for nearly 12 years now and I am a RYT 400h Yoga Teacher, who teaches Vinyasa yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga.
I have taught yoga all over London across different studios. In this moment I am based and offer Yoga classes in Croydon.
I originally trained as a contemporary dancer before finding Yoga and Massage therapy. I encourage listening to your body and I fully respect the fact that each person’s anatomy is unique and individual to them. I firmly believe that you should do what feels good not what is aesthetically pleasing.
I welcome anyone who wants to practice, whether you are a total beginner or an advanced yogi. I am a firm believer that yoga is for everyone and that it can create a space that allows clarity, mindfulness and peace with oneself.
"Body, mind and soul are inseparable; if the body is asleep, the soul is asleep." There is, without a doubt, a very strong connection between mental and physical health.

I am the co-founder of Ark, a Holistic Wellbeing Agency, that supports wellbeing practitioners through bitesize training, community, and personal development, with a focus on how to foster safety and inclusion in the wellness space.
My classes can be upbeat but are also mindful and nurturing, so that as a student you can walk away feeling a sense of balance. I combine creative sequencing with a sense of playfulness and put a strong focus on connecting with the breath, I also love music being a part of my class.
Something I encourage is to leave your ego at the door; I think its important to remind ourselves that yoga is not a competitive sport and is open to everybody. I encourage rest and slowing it down when you need to.
I practise Ahimsa, which means non-violence or non-harming; being kind to yourself is something that I reinforce throughout classes and beyond.
My aim to leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised and contented.
Yoga has helped me find my peace on and off the mat and it has inspired me to live more mindfully. I want to share the power of yoga and the benefits it can offer hence my belief that yoga is good for the soul.
